Hey, I’m Bert — and I’m probably not the kind of real estate agent you’re used to. Let me tell you a little about myself, and then I’ll explain why that matters.

I’m originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland, but I’ve called Delaware home since 2001. After high school, I moved to Philly for college, but life threw me a curveball. I faced some financial challenges, made the tough call to leave school, and jumped headfirst into entrepreneurship. That’s where I found my lane — building brands, creating systems, and finding smart, strategic ways to bring ideas to life.

That mindset is exactly what I bring to real estate. This isn’t just about buying or selling a house — it’s about creating a plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

I’ve been a full-time Realtor since 2017, and I’m licensed in Delaware, Maryland (since 2020), and Pennsylvania (since 2023). I specialize in helping clients navigate the unique dynamics of moving across state lines, especially with so many people now working remotely and rethinking where they want to live. Whether you're making a quick move or planning something long-term, I’ve got the resources and team to support you — from coordinating movers to syncing up multi-settlements and even handling utility setup.
