My name is Marcus Rush, unknowledgeable, boring, and unprofessional are words that I never want to have associated with my name. When working with someone who is looking for a place to spend the rest of their life, the last thing they want is someone that they feel can’t help them, doesn’t care about their needs, or just makes the entire process tedious and unpleasant.
I joined the Air Force in 2005 with dreams to grow and be the best that I could be. I can say today, I had done that. The Air Force has taught me a lot of great things and has given me a lot more. During my time in the Air Force, I was able to obtain my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management while working as a Public Health Technician. The focus of my job was studying data and educating the population.
This job prepared me for life as a Real Estate Agent by giving me the knowledge and ability to understand market trends and data and giving me the ability to communicate this information to those I work with effectively allowing them the opportunity to make the most informed decision possible. Also while in the Air Force, I led and worked with my software development team, where communication and organization were paramount to success and growth, and I carried that same focus on communication and education to every client I worked with. Even though that was fun, my desires lay inside real estate and helping people change their lives.
That is why when I think about how little I knew about buying a home, I made it my personal goal to ensure no one has to feel how I felt when I purchased. When people buy or sell their home with me, I want them to say it was the best experience that they could ever imagine. It will be my pleasure and an honor to serve you and all of your real estate needs.
